‘I Am’ The Book.

Time is such A fickle thing. It takes and gives without warning. A bittersweet reminder that it is the essence of this life to remember and forget. And remember.

No matter how many times we shed our skin - there is always pain in letting go. The momentary free fall where nothing is certain except that things will surely be different. It is not spoken about enough, the way we can mourn past selves the way we do loved things.

‘I Am’ is a love letter to who we once were. To who we are becoming.
